I installed a Peragon tuck bed cover on my 2014 Silverado. I hated it, it would not close or lock correctly. I let it sit for a few days to see if it would help things out, to my dismay it did not.

So I started all over again and this is some of what I did to fix it. It is not 100% right now but WAY batter than my first attempt. For instance the side with the lock does not come up enough on its own.

This is probably a long boring video but figured I would document what I could.
