Frontiers of Freedom Files - June 24, 2022

Tom Donelson, Dr. Larry Fedewa, and George Landrith discuss the U.S. Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization -- thus turning the abortion issue back to the people and their elected state representatives. They will also discuss Maine school choice funding case (Carson v. Makin) saying that a state cannot exclude a religious schools from a state school choice tuition assistance program. They will also discuss the Court's decision in NY Gun Control case (New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen) which held that a NY law which required an applicant for a gun carry permit to prove they had a special need or faced special dangers before they could receive one.
