"I"m Calling The Police Right Now!!!". Lynn Transfer Station. Cop Shutdown. Covanta LLC. Lynn Mass.

This is on Friday September 25th 2020 on commercial street in Lynn Massachusetts. I was going down to check out the windmill that is by the line sewer and water treatment plant. While I was down there, I had my 1st interaction, as I started continuing down the road walking passed the transfer station, an employee started eyeing me down.

He couldn't help himself and had to confront me. He then states "I'm calling the police right now!!!". He was not only triggered black intimidated by the camera. I have a feeling rene doesn't work too often and is scared it is going to be documented. The police eventually showed up They tried to get some information. How do you all think that went???
