Disney Trivia With A Family Recipe | Delicious Recipe

Today Ariana and I are going to show you another one of our delicious recipes and we will also be playing another game of Disney trivia! “California Gumbo” is a family recipe/soup that I know you will love! Recipe:

2 12oz packages sausage kielbasa diced to bite size pieces
12oz bag of frozen organic corn (defrosted and rinsed)
1 green pepper diced
1 red pepper diced
1/2 cup green onions diced
1/2 half and half milk
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3-4 tablespoons chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
4 cups water

Heat pot with olive oil. cook sausage until brown. Add green onions, green pepper and red pepper and sauté. Add all seasonings aside from chicken bouillon and combine. Add corn and sauté shortly. Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add 3-4 tablespoons chicken bouillon and combine. Lower heat and let simmer for 15-20 mins. Turn off heat and carefully add 1/2 cup of milk of choice. Serve in heat resistant bowl and garnish with healthy portion of cheddar cheese until melted. Let soup cool down to warm and enjoy!! 😊
