How to set boundaries, raise your vibration and understand with love!

Welcome, Divine One! This video is part of my Sunday Shamanic and Discussion Session series on my private Facebook group: Mind Body Soul: The Sacred Connection.

Every second and fourth Sunday of the month at 4pm AEST, I host a Sunday Session for everyone in the group to jump in and get into some juicy sharing and energy sessions.

Here is how they go:

To start I do a general chat about what is coming forth with all things energy, frequency, cosmos and spiritually. As we know what is happening in the Universe plays a big part in our life especially energetically. Having a sense of knowledge about what is occurring can help us understand when things are feeling not quite right or we have emotions that we cannot understand.
Then we will have a Q & A time and anyone that wants to share or ask me anything this is a magical place to do so.

And at the end, we have a divine Meditation, Healing, Chakra alignment or an energy clearing. Whatever comes through for me before the call collectively that is needed will be what is done.

If you want to participate and receive these activations live, I look forward to having you on the Sunday Session and seeing where it takes us. It will be a lot of flow where we need to go so anything could happen. Intuitively I will be lead.
