Energy Update September 2020- Dealing with self-sabotage (INCLUDES ENERGY CLEARING AND ACTIVATION)

Welcome, Divine One! This video is part 2 of my Sunday Shamanic and Discussion Session series on my private Facebook group: Mind Body Soul: The Sacred Connection.

Every second and fourth Sunday of the month at 4pm AEST, I host a Sunday Session for everyone in the group to jump in and get into some juicy sharing and energy sessions.

Here is how they go:

To start I do a general chat about what is coming forth with all things energy, frequency, cosmos and spiritually. As we know what is happening in the Universe plays a big part in our life especially energetically. Having a sense of knowledge about what is occurring can help us understand when things are feeling not quite right or we have emotions that we cannot understand.
Then we will have a Q & A time and anyone that wants to share or ask me anything this is a magical place to do so.

And at the end, we have a divine Meditation, Healing, Chakra alignment or an energy clearing. Whatever comes through for me before the call collectively that is needed will be what is done.
