This repot / cleanup was necessary, regardless of the rhizome cut that I did at the beginning of the growing season. I have not seen that it has triggered any new growth during the summer months. Regardless of the cut, I have to deal with this orchid to set it up for success with the coming roots, giving it space to breath and grow. I discuss shipping details and, in order to avoid any confusion, here they are again, just to be more clear about it:
