Decolonising language must consider international students writing in English

Scotlands international development must be anti-racist, equitable and socially just. Part of this will require the process of decolonisation, and it's during this back and forth where the idea is suggested for all to consider. Is it right for international students to be expected to write in English if they feel uncomfortable.
