Flip Clock ⏰ Radio Repair FAIL!!!

What started as a way to kill some time while I waited for the arrival of my new camera turned into another odyssey. Within a 48 hour period recently I had both my main camera AND my main editing computer go down! As a way of trying to keep busy while I waited for the arrival of the new camera, I decided to look at this vintage solid state 1970s Longines Symphonette LCR-444 Alarm Clock AM/FM Radio with a Flip Clock mechanism. I had bought this at a thrift store or antique mall a while back for under $10. In this video, I thought we'd address an issue with the radio itself first and then move along to fixing the flip clock mechanics. This would turn out to be easier said than done. In the process though, I receive my new Sony AX-53 camera, so we can compare the backup JVC Everio camcorder I had to this new camera.
