A Unique Bell Pepper & Tequila Cocktail! | Master Your Glass!

On this episode of Master Your Glass I am joined by my friend Bobby G Gleason who shows us a lot of cool drink-making techniques and makes a delicious and refreshing Tequila Cocktail called the Blue Bell Daisy.

**************************************

THE BLUE BELL DAISY
1.5 oz. Blanco Tequila
.50 oz Triple Sec
2 oz. Fresh Lemon Sour*
½” slice of yellow bell pepper
6-10 fresh blueberries
In a mixing glass, muddle the bell pepper first then drop in the blue berries and muddle.
Add all remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a coupe glass.
Garnish with a half-moon lemon wheel on the rim.
*Lemon Sour = Mix 2 parts lemon juice to 1 part simple syrup
