I've learned that change actually happens in an instant
It's the making the decision and the getting ready to change that can take a second, a day or a lifetime
How long it takes to make that change is up to you
It can happen in a moment
Sometimes what you don't do, is more powerful than what you do
There's something to learn from everyone's story
And the story is only just beginning
We are a product of the sacrifices we make, the pain we endure, the struggles we overcome
