Despite feeling very tired from the fatigue setting in, and the weights feeling heavier than usual, I hit my high end goal/cap for today, so I am very happy! I MAAAAAAAAAYBE could have grinded out one more, but that was a BIG if, and I want to try and save all I have left for squats tomorrow. Still, this is VERY encouraging that I was able to hit this (only one rep behind my Touch N' Go record) while feeling so low, and run down. This upcoming deload will be well earned! 🤟🏻
