How to Change OUR Thoughts to Change EMOTIONS. Part 2
In this video, we’ll be doing a little bit of role play. In order to understand how certain thoughts lead to certain emotions, it can be rather useful to think of some basic scenarios that could realistically occur, then think about how we would respond to those situations.
I’ll be covering two different kinds of views – the first two scenarios will look at how different thoughts lead to the emotion. While, the last two scenarios will start with the emotion, and leaves it up to you to think about what thought would lead to that emotion in the first place.
