This week the Supreme Court ruled that religious schools in Maine can no longer be excluded from a state program that offers tuition aid for private education. In today’s video livestream ALEC TV will talk with David Hodges, one of the nation’s leading education choice attorneys. Hodges works for the Institute of Justice, the organization that argued the Carson v. Makin case in the Court. American families deserve educational freedom, and today’s ruling was another important step toward ensuring that parents, not government bureaucrats, are the ones in charge of their student’s education.
