The Congratulations on Your Abundance Technique & Birds Over an Ocean Are a Sign of Land

In this video I discuss the ABCs of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and how beliefs are what cause our emotions. If you see someone with a great car, or house, and feel jealous or some other negative emotion, you have a limiting belief about it.

Rather than see this situation as something that you could never have yourself, it would be better to see it as a sign (like a bird over the ocean that proves land is near) that says what you're asking for is near because it's OBVIOUS that the universe knows your desire because it's showing you your desire.

The negative emotion is a sign that you have a lack of faith that you can have your desire, so if you bless this as a confirmation that the universe or God knows what you want, you can see this as a good thing rather than a bad thing.

Once you have a belief that this is a positive event, then you will have positive emotions about it, and when you are optimistic about it, you will soon manifest it for yourself.
