SEXUAL TEMPTATION IS TOO STRONG / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I’m a 21-year-old guy that loves heavy-metal and has been enjoying your videos. For a long time now I’ve been struggling with sexual sin. I have had many ups and downs on my journey, but I just had a particularly rough fall. I gave into temptation when I really shouldn’t have. I feel weak, destroyed, pitiful, and lonely. The amount of regret that I feel is almost too heavy to bear. I don’t know how I’m gonna get out of this. I was doing really good with overcoming my sexual sin, and I had a perfect opportunity to say no to a temptation and grow stronger. The temptation was itself very strong ... and I fell. Can you offer me some biblical wisdom for my situation?
