ICC + Israel's war-crimes: Where do the Palestinians go for accountability?

When AP correspondent Matt Lee asked a very simple question of Biden's press secretary, Ned Price, he seemed speechless that someone would dare ask such an obvious question.
IF the USA + Israel continue to threaten + de-legitimize the International Criminal Court, this is not only a threat to ALL international law, it puts the Palestinians in the dead-end of no recourse for WAR CRIMES committed by Israel, an apartheid State.
