1 Medium Onion
1 Can Tomato Bisque Soup (undiluted}
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes 14.5)
4 Cups Water
2 Tsp Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Basil (optional)
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 Tbls Chili Powder
1 Can Kidney Beans (16 oz ) drain
1 Can French Green Beans (16 oz) drain
1 Can Carrots or Fresh Carrots ( 16 oz) drain
4 Cups Cooked Pasta (Rotini) or your favorite (not Spaghetti)
Grated PARMESAN
