KETO BEEF & BROCCOLI
Serves: 4
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
dash onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari or liquid aminos
1/4 cup sesame oil
4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
12 oz broccoli florets
1️⃣ Add avocado oil to a skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and break it up into small chunks. Cook, stirring occasionally until beef is browned and slightly crispy. Add onion powder and garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar.
3️⃣ Stir in broccoli florets. Cover and let steam over medium heat until broccoli is fork-tender (3-5 minutes)
