A 20-year-old from Montreal is a rising star in the basketball world, and it's expected Bennedict Mathurin will be one of the NBA's top draft picks.

Mathurin grew up playing in one of his home city's poorest neighbourhoods. He also followed his older sister Jennifer, an elite basketball player in her own right.
