Birthday Squat Training, The Beginning | The Fallible Man Fitness

Welcome to The Fallible Man Fitness Videos! These are short videos about fitness for everyday people like me and maybe you! We all have lives, we all have schedules and jobs to work around. These are fitness centered videos for the everyday man, husband or father looking to try to take care of themselves as they take care of the rest of their life. We will look at simple workouts and things you can do at home as well as the gym.

Today I am inviting you to follow along and maybe even join in as I start towards my yearly birthday squats. Birthday squats are simple in concept; you body weight on the bar times your age for reps, you can pause for rest but once you rack the bar you are done. Simple in concept, harder in execution. I partake in this torture every year to remind me to keep my weight under control and my fitness at a good level. I also will be working on lowering my weight to accommodate.

You can freeze frame and grab my workout if you need one or just come along on the trip.
