Westminster Shorter Study Guide Question 4 Pt 1

It is hard to keep the answers short but I am trying. Question 4 has two obvious part so it was easy to divide. The Question is "What is God" which is unusual, I thought it would be "Who is God." I start the discussion with that in mind.
