How to make a Quick and Easy Tofu Burrito Bowl | Vegan Friendly

Here's another vegan and vegetarian recipe I found! It's by OPTAVIA and it's super delicious. Just remember to buy more Tofu than you think you need (don't be like me). Let me know in the comments if you make it and if you liked it!

TOFU BURRITO BOWL RECIPE
-----------------
INGREDIENTS:
3 3/4 lb extra firm tofu, drained
2 tbsp taco seasoning or chili powder
4 cups chopped leafy lettuce
3 cups cauliflower rice, cooked
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro

DIRECTIONS:
1. Using your fingers, crumble tofu to resemble ground meat.
2. Toss tofu with taco seasoning or chili powder.
3. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat and brown tofu crumbles.
4. For each serving, place 1 cup of lettuce, 3/4 cup cooked cauliflower rice, 1/4 cup tomatoes, 1/4 cup cilantro and 15 ounces tofu crumbles.
5. Enjoy!
