The Promise of Judgment (Sermon 10 04 20)

God promised Israel blessing for their faithfulness and cursing for unfaithfulness. The blessing came in the form deliverance from their enemies and giving them the promise land. Unfortunately, God's promise of judgment (cursing) also came to pass because of Israel's idolatry in the form of invasion from their enemies and the destruction of both kingdoms. All of mankind will face God's judgment at the Lord's return. But just as He did for Israel, God sent us a Savior to escape the coming judgment.
