Midnight Castle Succubus DX (Steam) - Hard Mode 100% - Part 1: Sexy Castlevania

It's October now, so I thought I'd get in the Halloween mood with another Castlevania-style game! This is also my way of breaking in my new gaming laptop that I got last month. Welcome to a game called Midnight Castle Succubus, a game developed by a company called Libra Heart that is most well-known for their Succubus series of Castlevania-inspired games.

Story: A succubus issues threats against humanity once every 100 years. While men die and young women disappear one by one, a succubus hunter visits a cursed city under the moonlight. Let's rescue abducted girls and defeat the succubus!

Yeah, very similar to Dracula resurrecting every 100 years in the Castlevania series. But the story isn't the only similarity. This game plays very much like an exploration-based post-SOTN Castlevania game, with the Belmonts' arsenal from the whip to the cross boomerang to the throwing axe. It's like Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest except more well-made.

However, the main catch is that this game has some NSFW images that I had to cut out to make the video series playable on YouTube. Libra Heart did release a censored SFW version on Steam, but not until I had already finished recording Part 4 of this series, and it also turns Steam Achievements off. So I did a practice run on the NSFW version first and got the achievements along the way, then recorded on the SFW version from Part 5 onward.

In Part 1, we take down the first two bosses, save two of the captured girls, and meet our first partner character!
