Im trying to become healthier after gaining a bunch of covid weight ... I went from being under 200 pounds last year to gaining 75 pounds ... I think the weight gain is caused by sugar...so, I am going a year without sugar to see what happens... im not changing anything else in my life...just NO SUGAR
