Strategy to Protect the Second Amendment

Is the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act a Sellout? I argue that in fact it is a strategy to protect the Second Amendment from further erosion. That it will sap the gun control momentum that resulted from the Uvalde tragedy without reducing gun rights in any significant way.
