Tarnish's PTR Holy Paladin Overview

Hey Guys, This video breaks down Holy Paladins with the new PTR update. Holy Shock CD was reduced and still scales with Haste. Caster Paladins will still use Critical strike then, Verse=Mastery. Melee Shock-a-din will be Haste then, Critical Strike=Verse=Mastery. I went over everything else in the Video. I tested to see how big of a deal the new CD made.
