Produce Safety Alliance - Remote Grower Training Course by Cornell & Sathguru will help the exporters of fresh produce to USA in meeting the Produce Safety Rule (PSR) of US FDA’s FSMA. The PSR requires that “at least one supervisor or responsible person on a covered farm must have successfully completed food safety training at least equivalent to that received under the standardized curriculum recognized as adequate by FDA”. The Produce Safety Alliance curriculum is recognized as one way to satisfy this training requirement.
