Jesus is not God | Ep15 FBC2 | Grace Road Church

Is Jesus God? When Jesus Christ died on the cross, he said, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?” God did not forsake Jesus Christ, but Jesus denied God as he died on the cross. If Jesus was God, then he should not have died, and he should not have denied God. Furthermore, if Jesus Christ the Son of God took all sins on the cross and died, then why did everyone die and no one fulfil the word in John 11:25~26, "he who believes in me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die."?
Because it is God’s absolute authority. Jesus Christ is not God; he is the Son of God that God has sent. Now the Spirit of Truth is here to testify about the son Jesus Christ and reveal all the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven. Hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
