On my way home from a hike I witnessed the aftermath of a knife fight. The young man was bleeding out but lot's of help was quickly arriving. I took no video of this event. Back then I predicted:

- A coming stock market crash (CHECK)
- A coming Real Estate crash (CHECK as interest rates hit 6%)
- $6.00 a gallon gas prices (CHECK)
- How you can't prepare for everything in life.

In my example, as I update this description I'm stuck in Charlottesville VA with a broken neck. The date is June 22, 2022.
