DC is bringing back the Grant Morrison creation, this time helmed by Ed Brisson and John Timms. Set to launch this October. Dealing with the fallout from the Batman/Robin/Deathstroke “Shadow War” event. The story deals with Lex owning Batman Inc, since Bruce lost his fortune during the Joker War.
