Hybrid Workplace in Parliament and Gov't offices to Continue Another Year. Delays Foreseen as frontline workers are all at windows in office but support staff are at home so documents that used to go internally to a different desk now have to go through Canada Post. This is the delay causing Passport processing being down from 90,000 weekly to 14,000 weekly now with workers at home.
