Fed's Proposed Gun Control Rescinds Bill of Rights

When you think about this, this isn't even about guns, its about:
1. Chilling free-speech by making hearsay grounds for the removal of your civil liberties. How comfortable you gonna be speaking when the consequence of your words being twisted is the revocation of your civil liberties.
2. removing your 5th and 6th amendment rights to trial by jury and due process, including facing your accuser
3. removes your 8th amendment right against cruel and unusual punishment by going against CENTURIES of precedence and jurisprudence.

and what no one is talking about, The bill of rights isn't up for debate. It's not the place of the fed to try and take them
