Broken pot! Dead giveaway that this will be a repot, BUT, what will the pH tell us about the state of the roots in the pot? If there is decay, then the pH should drop seeing as decayed orchid roots will turn water acidic after a 2 hrs soak. Ansellia africana has been in this pot for 2 years and after receiving this orchid with barely anything to work with, it is time to do something about getting her into a more stable pot! #orchidcare #orchidroots #selfwatering #leca #ninjaorchids #howtoknowifanorchidneedsrepotting
