Mass Effect 3 - Who's Dragging Him?

The Omega DLC always had some weird quirks around it, even in the original release of Mass Effect 3, but moments like these kind of make you wonder what exactly is going on. I'd be more concerned for the Cerberus trooper if he's just mysteriously being dragged across the floor like that rather than it just happens to be a missing NPC or something.
