Plugin: minRPG_CustomizeGameSpeed.js

This plugin allows us to increase the game's speed by holding the shift key. (Works on map, and in battles.)
This also simplifies and speeds up the playtesting process during development.

Plugin Tested on RPG Maker MV Version: 1.5.1
Does this work in RPG Maker MZ? Yes, yes it does.

Note: The plugin speeds up pretty much every single thing. Except the audio and... the balloon icons. (And also, Yanfly's doodads are not affected either.)
In the video, the 'normal speed' is just me clicking 'z' key as I read the text, and cutscene progresses normally.
'Fast Forward' is me holding 'z' key.
'Game Speedup' is me holding the 'shift' key, making use of this plugin.

Download and install the plugin in your RPG Maker in the following order:

First, CustomizeConfigItem.js by triacontane

------ HOW TO:

After installing the plugins in this order:
CustomizeConfigItem.js
minRPG_CustomizeGameSpeed.js

...hold 'shift key' to speed up during gameplay and playtesting.

The main plugin here is minRPG_CustomizeGameSpeed.js, and it has A LOOOT of customizability and features and parameters.
And I have not explored or understood them... yet.
So... good luck with that! Google translate is your friend.

If you want to attach the 'speed up' to a different key (instead of the 'shift' key). Then open minRPG_CustomizeGameSpeed.js in a text editor like notepad++. And replace wherever it mentions 'shift' to 'control' or 'pageup' or 'pagedown'. (Any of those keys. Or some other one.)
