Critical Race Theory Part 1: Does It Support or Detract from Harmony among All Peoples?

Have you ever seen crabs in a bucket? Many of them are large enough to reach the top and climb out. But they encounter resistance; not from gravity or from the human whose bucket filled with crabs, no. They find resistance from other crabs pulling them back down. If you were a crab, would you rather see a friend go free, then take the opportunity to escape yourself, or would you rather have everyone dumped into a pot and boiled together?

How is this concept relevant to America in the year 2020? Is it better for everyone to suffer together, or for some to escape suffering and turn to draw others into a richer and more rewarding life?

Today we are considering the politics of envy as it relates to the constant human struggle for freedom, as well as the Presidential race of the Year of Our Lord 2020.
