On the air of the “Meanwhile” program, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 9th convocation, Ilya Kiva, said that the Ukrainian army had already lost more than two-thirds of its personnel. “It is no longer possible to hide losses,” Kiva said.
