#1 TROPICAL GREEN SMOOTHIE (Serves 1-2) â–º01:58

1 cup coconut water
1 cup spinach
1/2 apple, diced
1 mango, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Blend everything together, let it cool in the fridge for a while & serve!

#2 BANANA DATE SHAKE (Serves 1-2) â–º02:48

1 cup coconut milk
2 bananas, frozen for about 6 hours
5 dates, pitted
2-3 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend everything together, and serve!

2 cups watermelon
1 cup pomegranate
1/4 beetroot, peeled
