Legacy Media catching up to what Realtors have been arguing for months! June 20,2022

The Legacy Media likes to cheerlead the market as it goes up and run around like chicken little when the market shifts. Not every market shift is a 2008 type event and now the Legacy Media appears to be catching up to what Realtors have been saying about the market shift being a return to normal appreciation from a period of rapid appreciation and artificially low interest rates coupled with record low inventories.
