JAY BLOCK - WHAT HAPPENED IN SANDOVAL COUNTY? NM SLIDES DEEPER IN TO THE SEWER

Jay was the only 'no' vote on certification of the recent primary elections in New Mexico. He is very specific about the reason and it is very sad that the other commissioners both there and around the state all voted to certify an apparently 'illegal' election - that is if you go by New Mexico election law. The SOS, Maggie Oliver, threatened the Otero County Commission with criminal charges, Senator Daniel Ivy-Soto sent emails to all the County Clerks threatening criminal prosecution if they did not certify and then the New Mexico Supreme Court jumped in (in less than 24 hours!) ordering the election to be certified. The lawlessness of the Supreme Court continues! This is the level of corruption and complete disregard of the law that has enveloped New Mexico.
