X-Blades... Hard Pass? | MAJOR ISSUE!!!

Happy late Father's Day to all the dad's watching this video! Wondering about using the X-Blade system on your machines? You might want to check how they spin first before thinking you are good to go! So glad I spun the blades and found a pretty MAJOR ISSUE that will prevent me from recommending and using the X-Blades.

I'll share this video and some cell phone video I took of the problem with Ballard. I DO NOT blame Ballard, Inc. for this issue. It could be a manufacturing issue or simply the wrong blades were sent (though I doubt that latter as I checked my order and the product page and m measurements). Hopefully we can come to a resolution, and I can start using the X-Blades.
