James Brodie from the West Midlands, UK, been a paranormal investigator around the West Midlands for over 20 years. He says 'What sparked my interest were 3 key events. The first was a UFO sighting followed up by a second experience featuring a Men In Black type event. The third experience was when my wife was heavily pregnant and we had a joint paranormal event. However, it was the MIB experience where they were very interested to see if I had had any paranormal experience that seeded the idea that paranormal and UFO is essentially the same thing. Tesla experimented with Frequency and believed that if you want to find the secrets of the universe think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. I wanted to see if there was potentially hard science that could help to explain the phenomenon. I started with string theory where the basic tenant is that when you get to the macro level, essentially everything is made up of Vibrations or strings. Light, matter all of it has a frequency including brainwaves. I realized that consciousness plays a more important role in the paranormal than we may have first realised. So I came up with the idea of the Universal Harmonic. There are a series of frequencies that when tuned in to causes resonance between the object and user allowing for information to be transferred between the viewer and the source. This resonance is what triggers a paranormal event. Going back to string theory is initiates the idea of the multiverse and I hypothesize that most paranormal phenomenon is actually multidimensional and that is consciousness that allows us to tune into the experience. You can't have paranormal without ufology, they are both part of the conscious resonance. So when I did my talk the first 30 min was explaining the science behind it, telling the audience what the facts were, and then I introduced the idea of the Universal Harmonic. However, as it is my theory I call it Universal Harmonix to make sure there is a distinction. What is very interesting is that now the current trend in ufology is to expand the idea of consciousness and multidimensional interaction'.
