Info from Licensor: "Our 3-year-old red-headed daughter, was learning to ride her bike at her grandparent's house, with no training wheels, in the rain, and got mad at the bike because she fell off and her rain boots kept slipping on the pedals. A few minutes after this, she became a pro at riding her bike with no training wheels and now loves riding her bike with her 6-year-old brother."
