Celebrating Daughter's Womanhood with a Party

Info from Licensor: This is my daughter, she’s a fun, sassy 10-year-old girl who just happened to get her first period. Instead of making it scary and traumatizing, we decided to celebrate it and make it as fun and exciting as possible. She acted shy but she absolutely loved the attention and the surprise. The end result was that she was a happy 10-year-old girl who knew that she could come to us and that everything would be open to discussion if she had any concerns. We believe that this time in the world it’s good to educate your kids and make normal things exactly that. Normal, not something that should be hidden or disgusting.
