Should A Christian Own A Gun?

John Piper who wrote the book “Desiring God” said that he doesn’t own a gun and no Christian should own one. Many other Christian leaders say the same thing.
What does the Bible say about gun ownership? Nothing. Guns weren’t invented yet. But it says a lot about self protection. Is it Biblical to arm ourselves for self defense? On this fathers day we need to take a look at the role of a father and God and guns.
