Another investor day

PA bound today. In between helping my clients buy and sell homes here in Maryland. I️ am also a real estate investor and I️ look to buy homes all over the country. I️ have a few of my favorite areas. This property needed a ton of work about $90,000 in my calculations. The sellers were great people and I️ am glad I️ got to meet them.
In the end, somebody wanted that property more than I️ did. Why do I say that? Because somebody over paid for it. 1 of the hardest things in investing knowing when to walk away from a bad deal. My mentor said, “If your not willing to own 1,000 of them just like this one. Don’t buy it.”
