Today we look at the Oxva Arbiter RTA that was purchased and sent to by the wonderful Bill Richards. The Oxva Arbiter RTA is a 28mm dual or single coil RTA with top to bottom airflow. It's touted as leak proof and it is I've had no problem with leaking in any way. It has good o-ring's and being top airflow there really is no real chance of it leaking under normal use, The paint job on the Gun metal version in this review is first class the whole fit and finish is excellent. It comes with the 6ml bubble glass fitted and a 4ml strait glass in the box for those of you that are not fans of the bubble glass. You get plenty of spare o-ring's, a tool for taking the tank apart, spare grub screws, allen key, two shoe lace cottons, two Ni80 0.4 ohm coils and the manual. Priced from £26,99 to £32.99 use your google-fu to find the best price. This is a very flavourful RTA that's easy to build and well worth the money.
