There are not a whole lot of healthy frozen meals out there, but the Stouffer's fit bowl is an exception to that. This fajita bowl has a good amount of protein in it and a lot of flavor. There are chunks of steak in it they get a lot of enjoyment as well as rice and vegetables. They have a perfect combination of everything making this fajita bowl a real treat. I really enjoyed this frozen meal! Stouffers did a good job with it
